Anne Elizabeth Bio

annebioAnne Elizabeth is a native born Californian with shamanic ancestry. Her connection with the earth and all its creatures is strong and natural. Anne was born on the summer solstice and even before she understood her magical path she was celebrating the solstice just as a faerie would.

Anne holds an annual Summer Solstice Celebration where she leads a public ritual to honor and give gratitude to the faeries, Mother Earth and the goddess Pachamama. It’s an event that all who attend look forward to every year. It’s one of the most magical celebrations you can imagine and it’s been proven to transmute, purify and manifest attendee’s dreams.

Anne began to dive full force into her spiritual path when her and Melanie met. She spent a Samhain dancing around in a moon crescent circlet and there was no turning back. Over the years it has transpired into the path she walks today. Anne found the more she fine tuned her spiritual path, the more the faerie in her became a butterfly. She is often referred to as the blue faerie, because that’s her color.

Since the summer of 2003 Anne has been collaborting with Melanie Dawn on ritual and blessings, and altars and sacred faerie temples for personal spiritual practice, memorials and events like Carmel River Summer Solstice, San Francisco’s Sunset PartiesSunset Campout, Lightning in a Bottle and The Gathering 19th Anniversay.

Anne is also a certified Pilates instructor which has been key to the balance she holds in spiritual practice and daily life.

I’d like to thank you for the efforts you’ve put in penning this
website. I really hope to view the same high-grade content by you in the future as well.

In fact, your creative writing abilities has inspired me to get
my very own site now 😉

Thank you Olive! We very much appreciate your feedback. 🙂

We are certainly aiming to continue to provide high-grade content.

We started the blog because we were often looking for this type of information ourselves. After a certain point in time we had learned and practiced so much of it we thought it was time to share what we’ve learned. We certainly want to ensure the site maintains its integrity because its very much a reflection of who we are at our core.

That’s wonderful to hear you are starting your own site. Be sure to let us know when it’s live!

      Love, Light and Faerie Dust.
      Melanie Dawn

  3. First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or
    tips? Many thanks!

    1. Melanie Dawn says:

Thank you for the lovely comment. We most certainly appreciate your kind words.

If you want to clear your head then I definitely recommend meditating for a few minutes before you start writing and if you are still having trouble go for a walk. It helps with inspiration. I’ve found if I still my mind and listen, there is a quiet inner voice that expresses itself even better than I think I can. Once I’ve meditated I maintain that stillness, listen to that quiet inner voice and start writing what it’s saying. I worry less about what is says at first, if it sounds weird or if I have just the right words. Instead I focus on getting the words out. Once I have something down then I rewrite and edit.

      Hope that helps!
      Love and Light to you.

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering
if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates.
I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some
time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.
Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I
look forward to your new updates.

      Thank you!
To add Twitter to your blog so it auto tweets all you have to do is go into the Dashboard, click on Appearance, then Widgets. Add the Twitter Widget. You’ll need to include an ID which you can get from your Twitter account. I don’t recall how I got it but I know there are instruction online on how to get your Twitter id. It should just be a number. Good luck!
