Summer Solstice ~ The Cusp of Magick

Summer Solstice, also known as Litha, is called the Cusp of Magick because it is considered to be one of the most magical times of the year, where the veil between our world and the faerie realm is thin. The Earth is lush with summer fruits and abundant in flowers and animals. It is a time of ease and enjoying the warmth and light of the sun. The day is its longest and the night its shortest of the year. This highest point of light, also means the sun will soon begin its wane to eventually return to the dark in cosmic the wheel of the year.

It is the perfect time for wishes manifest in a magical outdoor setting. Start by setting up a midsummer altar.

Create a beautiful ritual and gather with family, friends, and magical partners to give gratitude to Mother Earth and make a special wish for yourself.

We prepare a special offering with herbs, incense, flowers and more to gift to the coals of our fire.

Honor the energies of your spirit and prepare to dance and celebrate with the faeries.

It’s such a beautiful, special time to celebrate. Be festive, have fun, laugh, dance and brighten up the night with whatever your heart desires.

Have the most magical day! Happy Summer Solstice.
