All the while, her journey with Yoga continued to deepen. As a practitioner, she has practiced Anusara, Bikram, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, Sridaiva, and practiced with teachers such as Madhuri Martin, Maria Patella, Desi Springer, John Friend, Melanie Salvatore-August, and Mynx Inatsugu. Experiencing the benefits of yoga lead him to realize that he had found the missing link to an active lifestyle. In 2004 he started leading classes under the guidance of his teacher. It was an unexpected calling but nonetheless he found a new passion. “I enjoy guiding people to that deeper sense of themselves, taking that whole awareness and bringing it into their daily lives.” In 2008 David enrolled in the 200hr teacher training intensive at Yoga Works SF. He was so inspired that he continued his studies and in 2010 completed his 500hrs under his mentor Nikki Estrada. Having practiced and trained in various styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, David brings to us a safe but dynamic flow to the mat consisting of effective sequencing, awareness of breath and proper alignment. Now a solo artist, Lacey performs folk-rock music, while currently developing her style to include elements of jazz and blues and experimental sound. Her exploration of the voice as an instrument, as a language in and of itself, attempts to expand the boundaries of basic folk-rock and create new landscapes of sound that unearth feelings, energies, and memories for which we have very little words.

Her etheric rites of passage were recognized and confirmed by the Starseed Radio Academy. Danielly will be offering individual sessions that will help you gain confidence, balanced relationships, and restful sleep. Her work has been staged at 1015 Folsom, The Supper Club, Mezzanine, Public Works, ODC, Z-Space and Dance Mission. Samantha has spoken at the National Dance Conference and The Conference for Global Transformation. Her movement style involves sequential articulation of shoulders, ribs, spine, pelvis and head – moving in opposition with a dynamic range of stretch, weight and tension. The dancer moves with a low center of gravity as joints are expressed in circular and oppositional patterns.
